Anupama V. Pillai, a prominent figure in United Arab Emirates and also the Director of Legends Dance and Music Centre RAK, is a versatile dancer, instructor and choreographer who found her talent in dancing at a very young age. She sought guidance from renowned dance masters and started choreography which embodies both grace and vigour of Indian and Fusion dance. She brings passion for dance and the aim to inspire everyone who wants to learn different dance forms.

As a dance instructor, Anupama prides herself on working with dancers across all ages and levels of ability. Whether she’s teaching a beginner-level recreational class, giving a master class to advanced students, or choreographing for professional dancers, Anupama ensures that her dancers are working to their fullest potential and getting the most from the experience. She is proficient in many classical styles including Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam as well as Contemporary and Cinematic. In addition to instructing dance, she also acts as an adjudicator for dance competitions across UAE.

After more than three decade of dance and choreography, Anupama has attained several prestigious awards over the years, from all around United Arab Emirates. At Legends Dance and Music Centre with a team of qualified and talented instructors, Anupama aims at the overall personality development of her students through her dance and music with diligence, discipline and dedication.
